Applicant must pay their application fee and admin fee before management can process the application. See fees listed at the bottom of the page
Applicant must have a monthly gross income of three times the amount of the total monthly rent.
Applicant must have at least three months of employment at the current employer.
Applicant must provide all previous rental history.
Applicant must have an acceptable credit rating through Equifax.
We cannot rent to you if you:
Owe a balance to another apartment community/landlord
Have any judgments/tax liens
Are currently going through bankruptcy
Have a recent foreclosure or repossession
Have any accounts in collection (with the exception of medical bills)
Have accounts with payments 30 days or more past due within the past 12 months
Criminal Background Check- We are unable to rent to you for the following reasons: Any felony charges with the exception of DUI and other driving convictions, or misdemeanor drug charges within the last five years.
Rent Collection Procedures
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and late after the 3rd of each month. On the 4th, a 10% late fee will be added to your rent. No cash, third party checks, or partial payments.
It is advisable for you to carry renters insurance, covering the contents of your apartment against fire, flood, theft, etc. According to the terms of your lease, it is the resident’s responsibility to cover their personal property.
Deposit and Fees – Due When Application Is Submitted Administrative Fee: $50.00 per person over the age of 18 (Non-refundable)
Application Fee: $50.00 per person over the age of 18 (Non-refundable) Security Deposit: $250.00 (Due within 48 hours of application approval) The Security Deposit becomes non-refundable if the applicant cancels on the unit after 72 hours of paying.
Pet Fees – Due At Move-In Pet Fee: $350.00 (1 Pet) $600.00 (2 Pets) / Pet Rent $10 a month per pet Weight limit of 20lbs at maturity
